CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain fairness to our team and clients on the waitlist, we kindly require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the fee. Hi! I am Katie, the creator of Scalp + Soul care. I've been a hairstylist for 20 years, an astrologer and reiki master for 10 years. I'm thrilled to combine all of my passions into one, through the magic of Scalp + Soul. I have treated hundreds of clients and taught dozens of hairstylists in the practice of Scalp + Soul. When I'm not working, I love visiting the beach and watching my favorite Bravo TV shows. I can't wait to treat you!
